Pickin' & Grinnin'

Design Therapy was recently asked to guest blog for Decorati, the leading world-wide resource for high-end interior design products and designer portfolios, and of course we jumped at the opportunity. They asked us to select our favorite holiday picks from their online vendors and we chose close to 30 products ranging from lighting, rugs, to antiques. We've always been big fans of Decorati and are always pleasantly surprised at the plethora of resources they have available, especially with modern furnishings! We thought we'd share with you some of the amazing products we discovered on Decorati. We chose these items because quite simply we think each one is beautifully designed. Individually, each piece is strong enough to stand on it's on yet could easily assimilate into any particular aesthetic whether it be modern or traditional. We've always been inspired by nature and were drawn to the organic forms and materials used with many of these items. In addition, we're big fans of the international style that developed during the industrial revolution and have always loved the idea of combining these two schools of thought-the handcrafted alongside the machine made.
